@Abhishek Rao He is using Share for Review as seen in the screenshot, it is in Dutch but he shows the hint that interactivity will not work in Share for review. This is normal and expected behaviour, pay attention.

What do you mean by "The 'Index' option is missing from Find/Change"? There was never such option. Can you place a screenshot of what you think you miss? This is not how it works to artifact an image correctly. See the middle tab 'Tagged PDF'? There you select 'Artifact' (apply tag). (In the tags tree in Acrobat you will not find a tag 'Artifact' by the way, for that look under the Contents pane in Acrobat for the containers.)

Looks more like a placed InDesign file that needs to be updated (yellow is 'out of date' not 'missing'). Did you try 'update all links' (not relink) from the fly-out menu in the Links panel?.

Yes, if every line would be a separate <P> but that is not what we are talking about here;-) One P can have more containers that show up like this in the order pane, there it does not matter. And learn to use the screen reader 'key': key+ arrow down reads paragraphs, only arrow keybreads lines, a big difference 😉

Bug? No bug, the difference between a single click (selection, for an action for example) and double clicking (navigating to, depending on where you double click, left, right, or under on the numers).
